Sometimes you meet someone and instantly strike a connection. Working with Etta on her Ocean City condo renovation has been heartwarming in more ways than one. I loved getting to know her and pray Mr. Ace is happily looking down, loving the new space she can retreat to. Using the existing cabinets, I re-worked the layout, added an island & new mini bar and all new paint throughout. Then installed stunning Borghini Gold quartz counters, scale tile & champagne fixtures/hardware. Topped it off with Cafe® Appliances & new lighting. Beautiful blonde “wood look” LVP & luxury carpet installed in bedrooms. All new “furnies” including disguised recliner sofa for the most comfortable sunset watching! Facelift on all 3 bathrooms with my favorite Concretti® sinks and Mirrormate® frames over the builder-grade mirrors. Thank you Etta for allowing me to run with this minty/mauve/champagne scheme, as I really do think it’s “so you”. You deserve it!
