SHIPPING
Most items listed include complimentary “FREE SHIPPING” and ship out within a few days of ordering. If there is an item you would like expedited please reach out to us at nikki@ginadragodesign.com and we will do our best to accommodate. Some items are also available for pick up at the Design Cottage.
RETURNS
Our design team works hard to select high-quality and craftsmanship across our collections. We hope that you love your items when they arrive. If you have received a defective or damaged item please notify us within 1-3 business days of receipt. If your packages were damaged in transit, please provide photos of the boxes/packaging.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for custom/special orders, items that have been installed, mattresses and/or foundations no longer in their original packaging, wallpaper, perishable items, wallpaper samples, rug samples and other items as designated on the product pages as final sale. Some items do require a re-stock fee as noted on the item descriptions. Other exclusions may apply.
